We decided to use Castledine Construction Ltd to extend our kitchen following recommendation from several neighbours who had previously employed their services. With the help of Mark and Melissa we were able to create a wonderful new living space for the family, which has now become the hub of our home. The project management was excellent throughout with Melissa keeping a constant eye on progress and providing good suggestions for design and finishing touches. We appointed Castledine Construction to carry-out the work to our property following a recommendation from a close friend. Mark first provided a guide price for the work and on the strength of this we were happy to proceed with Castledine Construction. The final estimate was provided once we had sorted out the scope of the work and specification. Work started within a few weeks after we had accepted the price and progressed regularly and diligently throughout and was completed on time. Mark offered practical advice and guidance as the work progressed. The project management was good with all trades doing their work as scheduled. The entire work was completed within the 3 months originally envisaged. Everyone was very professional in their approach and worked to a high standard. The property was occupied throughout the work which made for difficult working but everyone was courteous and friendly and went out of their way to deliver what we wanted. The final account was not a shock; it was what we had expected as there were a few extras not originally envisaged. We have no hesitation to let Castledine Construction carry-out future work to our property and would recommend this organisation to others on the basis of the work done for us. NEWARK
